Dear God,
Thank you Lord for sending your only Son down to Earth to save us from being Slaves of Sin.
The special time in Advent reminds us of when you did this.
Thank you for blessing the world that you created, we also thank you for our family, our homes and our friends. Some people in the world do not have homes or families or friends and do not know of You and Your power.
Bless and look after these people.
Amen

By your trustworthy, faithful and lovely children Kieran and Daniel

Dear Jesus,
I am writing this letter to you to say you came to this world small and hopeless and grew up different to the sinning world. You were harshly treated but never lost your faith in us. Some people still take you for granted but we will try our hardest not to take you for granted. We praise your Holy name for the great things you have done. Though we may not see you, you are always with us and we will never forget you.

Amen

Your faithful children Jazmin and Natasha in Year 6

To Mary at Advent

Star of the Sea,
He came as a
vulnerable infant to save us all. Your holy family will be with us
throughout our lives. Jesus is the
saviour of our lives. We prepare us for Jesus’ coming as we say:
Mary our Mother forgive our sins this advent and redeem us all.

Amen.

Prayer for Advent

Dear Son of the Most High,

You are a heroic saviour, you became son to our mighty God.
Bless the people who do not have Christmas dinners or mince pies, just the weary sky to look at, or
Christmas trees to share the Christmas spirit with their family.
You were a normal baby but in the end you were a miracle saviour.
Thank you for bringing joy to all .
Amen
